Mr. Sandifer has extensive experience in pretrial, trial, and appellate work in state and federal courts. He routinely assists his clients in litigation prevention by providing business counsel, reviewing and drafting contracts and other documents, and assessing particular business scenarios. Where disputes arise, Mr. Sandifer aggressively pursues his clients’ legal remedies through litigation. Mr. Sandifer is also well-practiced in alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Sandifer’s clients range in size from large, publicly held corporations to closely-held companies and individuals. Clients serviced include international cargo carriers, publicly traded REITs, large municipalities, commercial and residential real estate developers, telecommunications companies, national trucking companies, health care companies, national automotive franchisers, advertising agencies, and a host of small businesses and individuals. Although Mr. Sandifer has developed a large collection of clients, he remains selective in those new clients and cases he accepts, only taking matters that will not inhibit his ability to service those clients to whom he is already committed. Mr. Sandifer continues to seek new business opportunities with clients interested in hands-on, quality, affordable commercial litigation services.

Mr. Sandifer is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts located in Georgia as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
